Mindy McManigal is the clinical and lab instructor for the Respiratory Care program in Rapid City, South Dakota. She graduated in 2009 with her associate degree in respiratory care. She has worked her entire career as a Respiratory Therapist at Monument Health in Rapid City. While working full time she then received her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. She is clinical specialist at the hospital working in all areas. In 2020 she took on the roll as the Respiratory Care Clinical Quality Educator for the Respiratory Care department. In 2025 she accepted the position of clinical instructor and satellite coordinator for the Respiratory Care Program. She still works for Monument Health while performing the duties of clinical and lab instructor and teaching Introduction to the Respiratory Care Profession.
