9 a.m.-noon	Food and Bioprocesses Engineering activities in collaboration with Dairy Plant and Extrusion Processing
Noon-1 p.m.	Free lunch
Field Trips
1 p.m.	Depart campus
1:30 p.m.	Arrive Upper Deer Creek dam Explore and discuss flood control/dam
2:15 p.m.	Depart Upper Deer Creek dam
2:25 p.m.	Arrive drained field Discuss and see agricultural drainage
2:45 p.m.	Depart drained field
2:50 p.m.	Arrive Oak Lake Field Station North Unit Measure depth to groundwater, survey elevation difference, perform slug test
3:25 p.m.	Depart Oak Lake Field Station
4 p.m.	Arrive at campus

Field trip stops – Upper Deer Creek flood control dam, subsurface drainage systems in a production field and groundwater monitoring at Oak Lake Field Station North Unit.
