Current StudentsGo to Dashboard, then Enrollment Verification Portlet and log in using your SDSU Jacks Credentials.
Alumni and Former StudentsLog in with either your Google or LinkedIn account, and then complete your Myhub profile and multifactor authentication.
Employers, Lenders and InvestigatorsEnrollment and degree verification can be done through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Information We Report

The university provides the Clearinghouse with the following student records:

  • Enrollment status (e.g., full-time, part-time, withdrawn)
  • Enrollment dates for each academic term
  • Degree conferrals, including major(s), minor(s) and graduation date(s)

The National Student Clearinghouse uses this information to provide verification services to:

  • Employers and background screening organizations
  • Insurance companies
  • Federal student loan servicers
  • Other authorized third parties

Submitting student data to the NSC supports:

  • Fast and secure enrollment and degree verifications
  • Accurate federal financial aid and loan reporting
  • Reduced need for students to request individual verification letters

All reporting is conducted in full compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The National Student Clearinghouse is a trusted, federally recognized agent for student data reporting and verification. Student information is protected and only shared with authorized organizations.
