German (B.A.) – Teaching Specialization
Languages expand your opportunities.
In today’s increasingly interdependent world, the ability to speak a second language is an extremely valuable skill, whether you want a career in business, government, education, health care, journalism or other field.
A German major with a teaching specialization at SDSU consists of language, culture, literature and professional courses to prepare students for teaching careers in primary, middle or secondary schools or for further graduate study. Anyone who speaks German has much better prospects for a great career.
